Credits must be properly given directly to Twitter: @imamarisss. I do not use any alternative name such as AL or whatnot. You can also give attribute on twitch to Amarislunaaa.

Tracing, editing or redistribution of my work is strictly prohibited. Heavily referencing my work, copying and stealing concepts equate to tracing are prohibited.

I reserve all the right to redistribute and post my work and its progress on my portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise by the client.

I do not consent to clients having another artist edit or "fix" my artworks unless it is a partnered rigger or for rigging purposes.

The 30% initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid within 24–48 hours after receiving the proposal in order to secure your slot.

This initial deposit will be deducted from your total commission price.

The remaining 70% must be paid before the sketch begins.

Submitting your initial deposit confirms your slot is officially reserved.

Payment must be done UPFRONT.

All prices are subject to change at any time, due to high demand, increasing quality, and expanded labor. Affected clients will be notified. Ongoing works will be considered, and likely unaffected.

Invoices will be sent out after the discussion of the commission as proof of purchase.

Payments should be made 24-48 hours after the invoice has been sent. Failure to do so will give the artist the right to pause the commission and/or give away the client's slot.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.

Payments may vary or change depending on the complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Some prices will already include commercial fees. If the client will use the artwork to sell their own merchandise there is a merchandise fee of 100-200% of the base price.

Once work has begun or payments have been received, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and no physically shipped goods to receive.

Clients must provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.

Clients grant to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client’s own character design and reference material for the use of the Work.

Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorized for use by the Client.

Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and are solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.

Luna strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants that their work is 100% original according to the Artist’s knowledge.

Luna may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets, and/or tools.

Luna reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject or other reasons.

Luna warrants they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.

Artist defines scope of their work, features, price, deliverables, and other details for the project in a proposal format according to Artist discretion which may include private message through Discord, Twitter, Vgen Platform, Google Document or Emails. The details set forth by Luna shall be agreed upon by the Client before work begins.

Luna will not create content that is explicit, offensive or inappropriate.

Specific restrictions include but are not limited to mecha, explicit adult content or act of sexual contents, underage characters, excessive muscles, gore, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures of the artist may not portray authentically.

Work requires a minimum of 4 weeks and may take up to 7 months or more depending on each project.

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, workload, and placement in queue.

Clients should plan launches and streams accordingly.

Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client’s feedback voluntarily.

Final deliverables are provided by the artist using the Vgen platform, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools. Please download all deliverables within 7 days. Items will removed afterwards to save space for new projects (for Google Drive)

Only Live2D model and emotes cut for animation commissions are given .psd files. You may receive deliverables with transparent or plain white/black backgrounds upon request.

If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, the artist will inform the client.

Clients must first agree to delays and amendments to the timeline exceeding 3 months through standard communication channels.

I may cancel a commission at any time, at which point the commissioner will be issued a full refund. No art piece would be given however full refund is guaranteed.

You must be 18+ to commission NSFW artworks from me. Please present any valid ID for verification of your age.

Three (3) minor revisions and Two (2) major revisions on the sketching phase are allowed per item to the client during the process.

After lineart, only base color changes are allowed.

Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.

Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project including work in progress, idea generation, and collaboration, situational updates and more.

Please respond in a timely manner, as delays in feedback may affect not only your commission’s timeline but also the scheduling of other clients.

Please maintain a respectful and professional relationship throughout the commission process. Due to past experiences, inappropriate behavior such as flirting or making personal advances toward the artist will not be tolerated.

The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e., Twitch) and more.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any request or proposal involving the resale of the commissioned work.

Clients received exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.

Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as, profile pictures, banners, and posts: prints and framing in personal spaces: displays as part of designs on websites and channels excluding use in content of these websites or channels.

Clients must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their own websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.

Clients must not edit or modify the Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.

Commercial Usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites (i.e., vtuber models, stream overlays, emotes, and so forth) or as agreed upon.

Commercial rights means the usage of Work on teams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, or reselling Work to another party as a part of any product or on another platform.

In the case of design work for the definition of the Client’s brand identity such as character design, logo design, and more intellectual property rights of the designs are exclusively granted to the Client for use: production and modification purposes, commercial or personal.

Usage of any work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs:ML (machine learning) tools, platforms and programs: AI or ML training: NFT: blockchain: or other for-profit platforms is strictly prohibited.

Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2x of the original cost.
